Corrections to FRAP diffusion constants in presence of immobile buffer
New PNAS paper describes an effect where labeled particles (as used in FRAP and other techniques) diffuse slower than the diffusive 'message' does. The formulas derived show how the effect depends on the concentration of immobile "traps".
