The lastest update of the two most trusted collections in mass spectrometry

Global publisher John Wiley & Sons, Inc., announced the publication of the Wiley Registry 8th Edition /NIST 2005 Mass Spectral Library, the latest update of the two most trusted collections in mass spectrometry.

Featuring 532,573 spectra, 319,256 spectra with chemical structures, and over 2 million chemical names and synonyms, the Wiley Registry 8th Edition/NIST 2005 Mass Spectral Library is considered to be one of the most comprehensive mass spectral libraries ever published.

Over 84 times larger than smaller specialty libraries covering drugs, poisons, pesticides, and steroids, the Wiley Registry 8th Edition/NIST 2005 provides extensive coverage of these subjects as well as others including small molecule organics, pharmaceutical drugs, illegal drugs, natural products, organic compounds, and chemical warfare agents.

Wiley recommends this collection as the base library for critical applications ranging from toxicology and forensics to industrial quality assurance and deformulation.

Formats include Chemstation (Agilent) and MSSearch (NIST, Thermo Varian, JEOL, Waters, LECO, Perkin Elmer). Other formats are available on request.
