Strong Sales of CACHÉ Post-relational Database and Ensemble Rapid Integration Platform Fuel Company Growth Trend

Only Database and Integration Software Vendor in Top Quartile of Rankings

InterSystems Corporation has announced that continued revenue growth in the healthcare sector has propelled the company to number 25 in Healthcare Informatics’ annual Top 100 Companies list. The ranking is based on healthcare revenue information compiled by Healthcare Informatics, a leading healthcare technology publication. The only database and integration software vendor to break into the top quartile of Healthcare Informatics’ rankings, InterSystems develops and markets the CACHÉ post-relational database and Ensemble rapid integration platform.

“InterSystems’ steady rise each year in the Healthcare Informatics 100 – including a jump of eight positions in this year’s ranking – reflects our consistent growth in the healthcare market,” said Paul Grabscheid, InterSystems Vice-President of Strategic Planning. “We supply innovative database and integration software to healthcare application leaders such as Epic Systems Corporation, GE Healthcare Integrated IT Solutions, Misys Healthcare Systems, Eclipsys and other software companies who are listed on the Healthcare Informatics 100, as well as directly to many of America’s best known hospitals” he noted.

Phil Birchall, Director of Healthcare Business Development at InterSystems UK commented, “We’re delighted to see this recognition for our continuing involvement in the world’s most successful healthcare IT initiatives. It is evidence of the ongoing success of our world-class healthcare solutions partners, combined with the new business that we are winning with the Ensemble integration platform.”
