Recovering Your Username or Password

It happens to everyone.  You register at dozens of different web sites and each one insists on it's own system of  name and password  Someone else always seems to have taken the name you want and if you use the same password for too many different sites it increases the chances of your password being stolen.  

Well, we can't solve that problem, but we can try to make your life a bit easier when you use the ChemWeb site. When you next login to the site, check the remember me box just below the login entry.Your username and password will be saved for you on your computer and you will login automatically during future visits.  You should only use this feature on your own computer.

• If you know your username we can reset and email you your password to the email address you used when you registered. click here and just enter your username.
• If you forgot your username but you remember the email address you used when you registered we can reset your password and email you your username. click here and just enter your email address.
• If you forgot your username and no longer have access to the email address you registered with you can send us an email using our contact form. Include your name, the old email address and your new email address.  We will email you your username and you can reset your password.
