Outsourcing of pharmaceutical development activities presents some unique legal and technical challenges which result in the failure of many contracts and relationships. This one day course will explain the nature of the challenges faced in the outsourcing of: Chemical synthesis Formulation development Analytical Method development Clinical Trial Material manufacture and packaging and why they are so hard to overcome. It will present a tried and tested methodology which participants will be able to take away and use to improve the quality and timeliness of outsourced development contracts.
